We offer a wide range of ministry opportunities to enable our members to share in the life-changing love of Jesus WITH you!. We encourage you to get involved in these ministries. Congregational Care - Sometimes the people who need help are the ones closest to us. St. Matthew's understands this and provides a variety of ministries that reach out to members of our congregation. Educational - Teaching others and learning more about God is an essential part of our spiritual growth. St. Matthew's offers a Mother's Morning Out / Preschool program licensed by the state of Mississippi. Our educational ministry provides ways for you to help others grow in their faith by helping with Sunday School, Wednesday Night Live, and other activities. Outreach - An important part of our motto here at St. Matthews is to Help Others. Our outreach ministry provides assistance to local families that need assistance, as well as providing assistance to those in other countries. Liturgical - Worship is a necessary part of our journey in faith. Our liturgical ministry works to make sure that our worship services help the congregation strengthen their relationship with God. Lay Involvement - As the old saying goes, it's the people that make the church. Our lay involvement ministry provides fellowship and lay-led gatherings so that members may provide support and strength for one another.
