Birthday Gift For Christ

Birthday Gift for Christ has been called our signature ministry, since it had its beginnings in our predecessor congregation, Wesley UMC in Jackson, and continues to the present. Each year, “Christmas” is provided for 75-100 families, mostly from Madison County and some from Trinity Mission Center, who would not otherwise have Christmas. The gifts of food, clothing, furniture, bicycles, Bibles and Christmas gifts for every family member are delivered personally to the families. This is a self-sustaining ministry of our church, supported financially and through volunteer offerings of time and energy, by a large proportion of our church membership.
