Aspire, Conspire, Inspire and Perspire
The word aspire means to seek …aim …hope …desire …reach. It is taken from the Latin aspirare, which literally means “to breathe upon.” The students of St. Matthew’s aspire to be what God has created them to be, to live out our faith in relationship with our Savior and each other. We seek to live out the Great Commission as we unite in fellowship (conspire), motivate and encourage one another (inspire) and work in service to others (perspire).
