Sunday School

We have a great time during Sunday school! If you are not participating in Sunday school, you are missing out! This is the most informative time of the week to learn about God and ourselves and to deepen our relationship with God. We have great teachers that would love for you to be a part of the class.

UMYF (United Methodist Youth Fellowship)

Praise and Worship followed by Jr. High and Sr. High divided time

This is the most exciting night of the week. Every Sunday night at 6 p.m., we gather in Hart Hall for food, fun and fellowship. Through games and group discussion, praise and worship, and a lesson full of great God stuff, you can really get a sense of Christian fellowship at its finest. You never know what to expect when it comes to the adventure that Sunday nights will bring to all!

Small Groups

Teenage years are not easy years. However, when you have someone to “hold your hand,” it makes life much less difficult. Our small groups offer time for teenagers to pray, play, share and grow together. The “young” adults that make up the ministry team play a big part in small group ministries. There a groups divided by gender and age for all youth. We meet every Wednesday night from 6 to 7 p.m.

Serious Time

Every Wednesday night a group of youth gather in the youth room between
7:15 and 8:00 for a serious time of worship.  After taking their shoes off and
symbolically walking into Holy Ground, they are challenged to go deeper in
their relationship with the Almighty.  Through praise and worship, along
with a short devotion/lesson, they are encouraged to examine their own lives in light of the face of God.  This time usually finishes open-ended for period of prayer and reflection, individually or with a small group of peers.  It is definitely a time for youth to get serious about "stepping it up" in their faith and commitment.

The Leadership Team

This is the group of youth that help lead Sunday night activities, retreats, mission experiences and other exciting programming that go on within the Youth Ministry Department. We meet at least once a month on Sunday afternoons at 5 p.m. All youth are welcome to be a part of this team.
