Haiti Earthquake Relief
January 12, 2010
Tuesday, January 12, the day a devastating earthquake hit Haiti, has been described as the "worst day in the history of Haiti." This poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere is now facing even more suffering.United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) is always among the first on the scene of disaster areas, and so are they in Haiti.
If you wish to contribute to the relief in Haiti, through UMCOR, you can be assured that 100% of your gift will go to Haiti relief.
Make your check payable to St. Matthew's United Methodist Church, and make the notation on the check that it is for UMCOR - Haiti Earthquake.
