Congregational Care

"Do all the good you can

By all the means you can

In all the ways you can

In all the places you can

At all the times you can

To all the people you can

As long as ever you can"

John Wesley

Many have discovered the joy of offering Christ through the encouraging ministries of St. Matthew’s Congregational Care. Whether we are sharing the Lord’s Supper with members no longer able to come to church, or delivering flowers to friends in homes, hospitals, and retirement homes, or delivering a meal from the Holiday Cupboard, there is always a sense of deep gladness as we come together in the Spirit. And, how the blessings flow as we watch and see how God comes to us—sometimes as a four-footed friend in the WAGS ministry, or as an anonymous donation to Christ’s Cupboard.  It’s exciting to be a part of what God is doing!

Congregational Care currently has 17 ministries encountering the Living God. We invite you to enter into a time of discernment and find your place of heartfelt service at St. Matthew’s.
