UMCOR Response at St. Matthew's

We are preparing to provide assistance to flood victims affected by Harvey in Texas and Louisiana.  If you are interested in, send us an email!

Monetary donations can be made directly to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) Domestic Disaster Response Advance #901670. One hundred percent of donations given to UMCOR goes to disaster response. You can give directly to UMCOR through their website or you can also place a gift in the offering plate.  You can also give through text message by texting the keyword, ‘RESPONSE’ to the number 80888 and a $10 donation to UMCOR will appear on your phone bill.

We are currently collecting supplies for Food Buckets here at the church.  Each Sunday School will be given a supply that they can provide, enough to pack at least 100 buckets.  If you are not currently in a class or would like to make your own bucket, here the are supplies need.  You can click here to watch a video about how to assemble it.
